Contender Bush Bean is a popular heirloom snap bean variety that produces straight, round pods typically 6-7 inches long, with smooth, medium-green skin, crisp texture when young, and stringless quality that holds well without becoming tough or fibrous quickly. The flavor is classic and excellent—fresh, sweet, and tender with a satisfying snap and mild nuttiness that's ideal for enjoying the true taste of green beans.
